By lauradud84 / / Not that they need the help, but this local company just blew the socks off of their $12,000 goal for an Heirloom Quality Cast Iron Skillet. Great showing, Greater Goods. Fund this Kickstarter here. Cast iron used to be priced for everyone to afford—like the skillet that’s been in our family since the 1930’s, which originally cost $2. To get a pan like that today, you have to spend $100 or more. Together with the rest of our team at Greater Goods, we set out to make a 10” skillet that’s better than anything out there, at a price that is accessible to anyone.
