We never like being the bearers of bad news, but it’s important that we keep you up-to-date on all aspects of agency life when possible. With that, we’re bummed to announce that rukus is shuttering it’s doors after 7 years in business. We reached out to partner Michael Hurst for comment: “On June 30th, my business partners and I began the process of winding down rukus. It was with heavy hearts that Edgar, Nick and I decided it was time to close our business.” “St. Louis has an incredibly strong creative community and we feel privileged by the fact that we’ve worked with many of the people and companies within it. We appreciate all of the business, and more importantly, the relationships, we have developed with each of you.” “Last, but certainly not least, we would like to thank the amazing and extremely talented employees who have supported rukus over the years. You have been exemplary ambassadors of our company.” “To everyone who helped make our seven-year long business venture possible, thank you for all of your support.” -Edgar, Nick and Michael It seems like just yesterday we featured them as one of St. Louis’ Dangerously Creative Agencies. Good luck with your future endeavors, gents.
