By lauradud84 / / At the onset of flu season, I found myself wondering what it would look like to freeze the action of a sneeze at high shutter speed. Would it be gross? Could I make remarkable, memorable portraits from the ickiest of subject matter? The resulting series of sneeze portraits and companion slow-motion video became “Gesundheit!”, the Jay Fram 2016 holiday promo. The 36-inch accordion-fold print piece was mailed to existing and potential clients, with special emphasis on the healthcare industry; 2016 clients also received a pint bottle of local Missouri whiskey, packaged with ingredients for the hot toddy.
