Filament is looking for an experienced executive to lead sales and business development for our fast-growing company. You’ll build new client relationships, nurture existing ones, drive revenue growth through new business partnerships, and continually build the Filament brand. Daily responsibilities will include: – Prospecting for and developing executive relationships with key prospective clients in St. Louis and surrounding markets. – Identifying client business challenges and developing proposals aligned to Filament’s unique service offerings — making our clients more productive and profitable. – Managing client relationships and working with the Filament team to exceed client expectations — from the initial scoping meetings all the way through delivery and post-engagement follow up. – Owning and delivering on a new business quota to grow Filament’s revenue and help us scale our impact in St. Louis.
