Paradowski was founded in 1977 as a one-man design studio. Over the course of the next 35 years, the company transformed itself into a full-service advertising agency, with a reputation for superior design. The original owners sold the agency in 2012, whereupon we were reincorporated, retaining the name Paradowski. In the three years since then, we’ve grown into a 50-person digital agency, with the largest team of front-end developers in the region.
Work hard, work smart, find time for joy. We all volunteer for causes we believe in.
Design is at the heart of everything we do, whether you’re an account executive, a programmer, an art director, an entitled intern, a copywriter, etc. We incorporate design thinking into every facet of our work, whether we’re developing web properties, orchestrating a national advertising campaign or producing videos for content marketing initiatives.

Best Achievement in the Last Year:
Earlier this year, we found out that we were the fastest growing business in St. Louis, which was really super. That said, our biggest achievement was less newsworthy, but more important. Over the course of several months, we all met internally to outline and establish our core values as an agency. And while that’s all well and good to go through the exercise, what’s really meaningful is that we are actually holding ourselves accountable to these values. We still have a long way to go in terms of truly living up to them, but even so, the momentum generated by investing in our culture means the world to us.
3 Things The World Doesn’t Know About Paradowski That It Should:
1. We still exist and we’re actually kinda cool.
2. In 2014, we published 25 websites, 6 TV commercials, an international photoshoot, landed 5 new client accounts and developed 2 iOS mobile apps.
3. We employ two staff DJ’s, a couple screenprinters, former mascots, brand owners, cartoonists, tap dancers, metalheads, and a lap full of other bad boys and girls who pursue otherworldly endeavors.
