As a Designer at Bonfyre, you’ll create smart and friendly solutions for the Bonfyre Product as well as marketing collateral, client engagement materials, and internal Bonfyre Team materials. You’ll be part of the Design Team, working to elevate design through the entire Bonfyre experience for users, clients, and employees. Our team is highly collaborative, our design process is iterative, and our efforts are cross-functional. Responsibilities include a mixture of Product and non-Product work, for example:

• Web design refinements and updates for our Marketing and Product Support websites
• UX concepts, wireframe development, and UI design concepts for product features and improvements; ongoing collaboration, consulting, and problem-solving with Head of Design,
Director of Engineering, and Product Team to improve overall app experience
• Concept, design, and production of: sales sheets; screen comps demonstrating product features; Team apparel; ad campaigns; various kinds of editorial and informational collateral, etc.
• Storyboarding, concepts, and production of product videos and animations (used for marketing, sales, and Product support purposes)
• Design and coordination of the Bonfyre suite of user-focused email—for Product, for our newsletter, and more
• Concept, design, and illustration of icons, data visualization, charts, process diagrams, and just about any other visual representation of information we can think of
• Production work as needed for artwork assets, Product images/screenshots, ad resizing, and more
• Additional duties as assigned

We’re looking for a Designer with:
• Less than five (5) years of related experience in a design firm or in Product design
• A professional design portfolio demonstrating clean, well-executed client work
• Excellent typography skills
• A highly-collaborative personality and a desire to be part of a growing team
• Strong organizational design thinking skills; experience in synthesizing complex information in a variety of formats (e.g. user experience workflows, websites, multi-page document design and planning, etc)
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to work with an existing brand
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen understanding of messaging and voice
• Ability to sketch concepts by hand as well as wireframe and design them digitally
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage complicated, deadline-driven workload
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar)

Bonus skills!
• Strong illustration chops
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and/or CSS
• Knowledge of Sketch and/or Invision
