Heather Farrar holds a BA in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and is a professionally trained voice over artist. She weekly writes a column published in a local newspaper called “Poetizing Life:” and is the original creator of poetic "Quillsongs." Her company is Quillsongs Media & Publishing, LLC- a media creative’s company specializing in voiceover & media creative’s for commercial, business and/or promotional use, as well as narration and audio editing for self-published authors for audio-books. As a writer she poetically weaves words into lines of prose, poetry, and creative writing. As a weekly columnist featured in her hometown newspaper, she “Poetizes Life:” offering an intrinsically unique perspective to the nuances of life. Being a creative soul and artist she demands perfection in her work using multi-media outlets-including voiceover, to offer beauty, self-actualization and abundant living through her art. Her ultimate goal is to open the eyes, minds and hearts of others to expand their own creative world and to reach their own creative potential. Heather took her training in voice and became a voice talent becoming very active in voicing commercials, promos, audio-book narration, narrating her own writings and articles too. She is also an artist using a variety of media's to form her palette, from oil painting to clay sculpting to photography and film. Her eclectic career is inclusive of customer service, sales, teaching special education and art. She is a member of Media Communications Association-International and other media and author organizations. Married to her husband Rich for almost 30 years, they enjoy their 5 nearly grown children, their grandchildren and living on their rural country estate located in the “Show Me State” and gateway to the west, Missouri.
