St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles Magazine is seeking an experienced, versatile, and creative Art Director. The position oversees all art content for St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles Magazine and additional materials produced.
Responsibilities
• Set and maintain the magazine's high standards of design, photography, and production.
• Design or review/approve the design of all magazine content.
• Assign photography and edit photographs for publication.
• Recruit and manage interns
.• Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are firmly set and consistently made.
• Maintain positive relationships with talented photographers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of publishing experience in designing or art-directing magazines.
• Expert-level skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for Mac.
• Some experience with Web updating and Social Media
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• An ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
