Position Accountabilities

Assures the design and timely production of highly creative graphic solutions for all in-store and store related signage including all interior sign kits, new store opening signage/barricades, special window presentations etc.
Assures that all signage designs meet the guidelines of our current brand identity and campaign astetic .
Assures that the quality of images/graphics meet expectation to enhance the merchandise and our marketing campaign
Assures that all signage supports an impactful merchandise presentation and fits in its designated fixture/signholder
Assures that a fresh viewpoint is brought to each concepting session and that design boundaries are continually pushed.

Position Essential Functions
Understands and can execute designs that utilize our current brand identity and campaign guidelines.
Gets involved in seasonal concepting meetings to positively influence signage in the early stages.
Collaborates on the design and production of all in-store and store related signs.
Drives the sign kit through pre-production; presents at sign kit proofs and makes changes as needed.
Works closely with VM Creative Manager to evaluate all major projects before they move to final production to ensure the highest level of creative.
Collaborates with the VM Field Execution Manager to ensure that all signage is easy to set-up and fits appropriately.
Ensures adherence to project timelines including: full cycle of the creative process, timely delivery of presentations, and final materials produced to all applicable standards and specifications
Researches and stays current on consumer style, fashion, and trend information and interprets though the work relevant to each brand and target consumer

Position Specifications

Educational Preference:

BA Degree in Commercial Art or any other related Art Degree

Job Experience:

3-5+ years experience at an Advertising Agency or Retail In-house Creative Department, a mix preferred

Computer Experience:

Mac Platform
Excel,Word, Outlook
Adobe Creative Suite
