We are seeking a motion-graphics artist with outstanding storytelling abilities who feels they are exceptional at their craft. Candidates should be passionate about designing and creating graphics, with a good knowledge of motion design and 3D as well as the latest trends in video/motion graphics and a solid understanding of typography, color theory and composition.

Candidates should be able to present a positive attitude while working on multiple projects within a collaborative creative team, as well as the ability to self-motivate and support others in the Art Department. They should also be able to manage their time effectively, estimate timescales accurately and keep our Creative/Art Directors apprised of the ongoing state of projects.

Specifically you should possess:

• Extensive experience with After-Effects, Photoshop and Cinema 4D or Maya.
• Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro.
• An understanding of the various aspects of the pre-production, production and post-production cycle as well as the need to meet client deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; an extremely high attention to detail as well as being a team player and independent thinker.

This is planned as a multi-month freelance / contract position..Salary is commensurate with experience.
