Real estate development, natch.
I try to take a couple of months off a year, travel and shoot pics overseas for NGOs. I do it for a thousand reasons (my Mac doesn't come with me, for one) but mostly it's helped me to not take my design life too seriously.

I teach.
Keeps my mind focused on art for arts sake... at least between the hours of 6:30 -9:10 MW.
Live music photography. Because I hate sleeping, I suppose.
SLEEP.
Especially when I have wacky good dreams!
Illustration. I draw things I'm curious about, feeds my craft and my mind.
Negotiator. I'm always in some sort of trade...
