To help engender creativity, Minneapolis shop Carmichael Lynch created the Carmichael Collective, a hub of creative work with no client association — just creativity for the sake of creativity.
The work has been growing a cult viral following on the web thanks to the Bug Memorials and Urban Plant Tags. Dave Damman, Chief Creative Officer of Carmichael Lynch is the driving force behind the Collective. Damman believes that creativity begets creativity, which helped enable this exercise to come to life.
